About this raffle
The Fiona Elsey Cancer Research Institute (FECRI) is an independent, community-funded cancer research centre based in Ballarat, Victoria. Opened in 1998 and inspired by late Ballarat teenager Fiona Elsey, it is Australia's only regionally based cancer research institute, focusing heavily on how the immune system can target and fight cancer.
