Brothers Rugby Union Club has established Juniors this year Brothers Junior Rugby Union Mackay is a newly established dedicated to providing children and families across the Mackay region with a safe, inclusive and enjoyable environment to learn and play rugby union. As an affiliated club within the Mackay District Junior Rugby Union competition, we offer opportunities for boys and girls from Under 6 through to Under 16 to develop their skills, build confidence, make lifelong friendships and enjoy the values of teamwork, respect and sportsmanship. � Queensland Rugby Our mission is to grow junior rugby union in Mackay by creating a welcoming club where every child has the opportunity to participate, regardless of their experience or ability. We are committed to delivering quality coaching, developing players on and off the field, supporting our volunteers and families, and creating clear pathways for young athletes to progress through representative and senior rugby. As a not-for-profit, volunteer-run organisation, Brothers Junior Rugby Union Mackay relies on the dedication of coaches, managers, committee members, volunteers, sponsors and the wider community. Every sponsorship, donation and volunteer contribution helps provide equipment, training resources, player development opportunities and affordable participation for local families. Our vision is to become the leading junior rugby union club in the Mackay region by fostering a positive club culture, encouraging lifelong participation in sport, and inspiring the next generation of players, coaches, referees and community leaders. Through rugby, we aim to develop not only better athletes, but confident, respectful and resilient young people who make a positive contribution to our community.
