CanSurvive Australia is a registered not for profit charity with Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR-1) status, established to support individuals and families affected by cancer through holistic support services, evidence-based education, and advocacy. For more than 30 years, CanSurvive Australia has worked alongside people navigating the cancer journey, providing trusted guidance, emotional support, counselling, workshops, and practical wellbeing resources. The need for this work has never been greater. Cancer remains one of Australia’s most significant health challenges, impacting not only those diagnosed, but also families, carers, workplaces, and the broader community. While clinical treatment is important, our local experience and international models clearly demonstrate a persistent gap in Australia for environments that support recovery, resilience, emotional wellbeing, informed decision-making, and connection beyond the hospital or clinical setting. Cansurvive welcomes the communities support to help maintain this important mission.
