By purchasing a raffle ticket during Edgeworth Junior Soccer Club’s Mental Health Awareness Month, our community is helping create meaningful conversations around mental health while directly supporting the important work of R U OK?.Every dollar raised through the raffle will be donated to R U OK? Australia to assist with education, awareness campaigns and resources that encourage people to stay connected and ask the simple but powerful question — “Are you OK?” 💛As a community sporting club, we see firsthand the positive impact that connection, teamwork and support can have on people’s wellbeing. Football clubs are more than just sport — they are places where friendships are formed, support networks grow and people feel a sense of belonging.Through our Mental Health Awareness Month, we want to help break down the stigma surrounding mental health and make conversations around wellbeing feel normal, safe and encouraged within our football and wider community.By supporting our raffle, you are not only helping raise vital funds, but also helping us spread awareness, start conversations and remind people that they are never alone.
