Galbiri Childcare & Preschool Inc. is a not-for-profit, independent 80-place early childhood centre in Belgian Gardens, Townsville, caring for children from 6 weeks to 5 years We rely heavily on fundraising to purchase additional educational resources, equipment and experiences that enrich and support the learning and development of all children in our care. As a not-for-profit centre, fundraising plays an important role in allowing us to provide opportunities and resources beyond what can be covered through our regular operating budget. Fundraising also helps us keep our daily fees as low as possible, reducing financial pressure on families while continuing to provide high-quality educational experiences for our children. Every contribution made through fundraising directly supports our children and helps us create an engaging, inclusive and enriching learning environment for all.
