About this raffle

Amplify the Amphi – Back the Sound. Build the Future. For 46 years, the Kuranda Amphitheatre has been a grassroots home for music, art, culture and community in Far North Queensland. Built by locals and sustained by generations of dedicated volunteers, this extraordinary space has brought people together for nearly half a century. Now, we're coming together to help secure its future! We're raising funds to purchase something the Amphitheatre has never had in its 46-year history: its very own permanent, fit-for-purpose sound system.Currently, major events can cost around $10,000 in equipment hire alone, leaving limited funds to reinvest into the venue. Owning our own sound equipment will be a huge step towards long-term sustainability, allowing us to better support artists, host events and keep this much-loved community space thriving. Our first fundraising milestone is $20,000, as part of a larger effort to strengthen the Amphitheatre's infrastructure for future generations.By grabbing a raffle ticket, you'll go into the draw to win an incredible collection of prizes showcasing some of the very best Far North Queensland has to offer! From unforgettable experiences and local adventures to indulgent treats and little luxuries, we've brought together a fantastic selection of prizes generously donated by businesses and supporters across the region.Every ticket purchased helps us take another step towards securing the Amphitheatre's future. It's a chance to win something bloody wonderful while backing a place that's given so much to our community for nearly half a century.Back the Sound. Build the Future. 🎶Back the Sound.
