The Rotary Club of Fairfield City (formerly named Rotary Club of Wetherill Park), has been running a Christmas Carols event since 1997. In that time we have raised and distributed over $530,000 just from this FREE event.THIS YEAR, in partnership with Fairfield City Council, we have moved the event from Horsley Park to Fairfield Showground, with 14 food trucks/stalls, roving entertainers, a puppet show, train rides, face-painting, and amusement rides. All this PLUS Photos with Santa, and our usual continuous entertainment on stage from 4.30pm till the 9.45pm finish, after the drawing of this Raffle and the fantastic Foti Fireworks display. It is FREE to attend, has FREE parking and is Alcohol FREE.The MAJOR Sponsor of Rotary Carols at the Showground is SMITHFIELD RSL.WHO DOES OUR CAROLS BENEFIT?The 2026 Carols' major beneficiaries from the raffle, sponsorship, and other fundraising at the event are: Bonnie Support Service (supporting victims of domestic & family violence), Community Action Services Australia (CASA is an aid service for the local community), Horsley Park Rural Fire Service, Fairfield SES, and various Projects of the Rotary Club of Fairfield City.
