Cranky's Farm Animal Rescue Mission Ltd Raffles
Cranky’s Farm Animal Rescue Mission Ltd (Cranky’s FARM) is a volunteer-run, not-for-profit farm animal sanctuary located in Mount Mee, Queensland. We provide rescue, rehabilitation, assisted rehoming and lifelong sanctuary to farmed animals in need. Where we have the capacity, animals become permanent residents of Cranky’s; when we can’t offer them a home ourselves, we work to help find them safe, appropriate and loving homes through our assisted rehoming program. Our residents include cattle, goats, sheep, pigs, horses, ponies, donkeys, ducks and chickens — many of whom are elderly, have disabilities or require ongoing medical and specialised care. At Cranky’s, we believe rescue is about much more than simply saving a life. It’s about making a commitment to provide every animal with the best life we possibly can — for the rest of their life. That means nutritious food, veterinary care, appropriate shelter, companionship, enrichment and the freedom to express their natural behaviours. As our residents grow older, it also means adapting their environment and care to meet their changing needs. Every dollar raised through our raffles helps us continue this work and provide farmed animals with the safe, comfortable and loved lives they deserve. Rescue is the beginning. A life worth living is the promise.
