We do this by giving them a safe place to live and access to education and employment opportunities.The Trust is a small charity that receives no ongoing Government funding. And it doesn't end when treatment stops.As Australia's only national charity dedicated to supporting children with cancer and their families both within and beyond hospital walls, Redkite addresses the trauma, financial strain and lasting burden childhood cancer has on all aspects of family life.For over 40 years, we've stood beside children with cancer and the people who care for them, providing essential emotional, financial and practical support when families need it most. Redkite receives no direct Government funding and relies on the generosity of our partners and community to fund our services.
